About the Position

ASM Foods is now looking for several process operators for its modern and delicious production in Mjölby. As a process operator, you will be introduced to the company's various manufacturing processes and gradually take responsibility for your own process flow. This involves the production and packaging of world-class chocolate and food products.

The work is varied, requires precision, and a strong focus on quality. We operate in an environment where the pace is high, and change is a natural part of everyday life. The role suits you if you enjoy handling multiple processes simultaneously and are motivated by variety rather than a strict and predictable structure. The position involves two or three shifts, as well as possible weekend work. Constant night shifts may also occur.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment with ongoing start, meaning you will be employed by Adecco. The assignment lasts at least 6 months, with great opportunities for extension and direct employment at ASM.

Please note that drug tests will be conducted before employment and continuously during the employment period in accordance with the company's policy.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Is meticulous, quality-conscious, and responsible
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Thrives in a goal-oriented and structured work environment
Has engagement, self-drive, and a strong work ethic

Experience in food production or a similar industry is an advantage, as is forklift experience – but not a requirement.
